I’m so in love with this hula hoop! It’s super fun, it brings me back to my childhood without the problem of keeping the hoolahoop up lol. I’ve used it daily so far for 30 minutes minimum (though I put it on a few times extra during the day) and I’ve already lost 2 inches in 3 days of using! Once you use it correctly you will feel that burn in your abs and legs! My advice is to tighten your core by standing straight and placing your arms behind your head. It really ramps up your ab usage. Would highly recommend it for home workouts

I'm not one of those people who has a gym in their house, but I still want to do some form of physical activity. I don't have tons of money to spend on a bunch of equipment that will take up my living room - but this has been amazing to train with without spending a bunch of money on gym weights!

I'm really lazy when it comes to exercising, but I've lost over 15 pounds with this hoop! I’m actually way better at this one than the traditional ones my daughters have. I’m ordering my sister one next, this is surprisingly one of my best purchases

I hate cardio, so I decided to give this weighted hoop a try. After about a month I've lost nearly 9 pounds without even trying... needless to say super happy with the results. Def recommend!

I've been hulahooping for 20 minutes a day and I have really slimmed down and seen my abs become defined. I think the best thing for me is that I have something new to do during the quarantine.

I love this thing and the way it makes me feel when I'm done with a workout. I feel exhausted, yet accomplished everytime i'm done with a workout. However, the benefits have given me motivation me to keep going!

I love it I’m on day 3 and I actually do 1/2 an hour on the right side and 1/2 an hour on the left. I’m still trying to find my groove but I love it so far. I’ve challenged myself to doing this for 30 days, 27 to go! I found that I had to put the belt on snug to be able to get my motion going. It’s what works for me. I’ll check in in 27 days to see if I’ve removed any of the extra loops.

Just received this yesterday so I'm not very experienced or far enough in to say what the health benefits are. I tried it for about a half hour and I had a lot of fun trying to find the right music and finding tutorial videos with google made it easy to pick up. I normally wake up with a tightness in my lower back and hips but after working out yesterday, I woke with some muscle tiredness so I could tell this actually gave me a good workout. I may update if it continues to go well. Good product, thank you <3

I received my order about a week ago and both myself and my fiance love the product. The hoop itself is very easy to assemble and the weight that comes with it is perfect. For myself it is a little small as I am larger but I can fit it higher up on my torso and was able to use it for a small time and loved every minute. Def hard to get used to but worth every minute. Messaged customer service and they were quick to respond and amazing. I searched and searched for a hoop and I am so glad I picked this one. The product is amazing and the price you are paying for it is great!

I love it. I only use 20 notches of the 28 it comes with. It’s not as hard as I thought it was gonna be. You have to get a rhythm with It and I don’t recommend doing it in front of a mirror cuz u will be too focused on it and more likely to mess up. I have a show on Netflix Thts 30 mins an episode so I put the hula hoop on start the show and do it while watching. The show distracts me but I keep going with out even noticing. Oh I forgot to mention I put Honeydew ultra moisturizing Hot Cream on my stomach along with the Sweet Sweat waist trainer. Don’t use the hula hoop on a baggy shirt cuz it will scrunch up. I love this!!!

I am 44 years old about 5'7"and I used all but 1 knot when I started was able to remove 3 today I weighed around 280 when I started using this 2 weeks ago I'm down 11 lb and six and a half inch in my waist . I've torn every ligament in my knees and dislocated my both kneecaps and ruptured 2 disk in my back over the years,so yes I have knee back and hip issues . my tips for first timers 1) it will take some time to find your groove 2)instead of trying 30 minutes all at once do 3 sets of 10 throughout the day or two sets of 15. 3) play music that you love and gets you moving, Pitbull radio from Pandora works great for me. Nothing in life is easy, fight for what you want, believe you can achieve it.

I have to say first I was skeptical to purchase because I bought one from another seller last year and had to return it because the magnets wouldn’t stay latched in order for the hoop to stay on. This one though is awesome. I just received it today and only used it once so far but it is easy to assemble, the quality is great, and as you can see in the pictures the latch is not magnetic. You have to pull back on the black levers in order to put it on and take it off. I love how the cord for the weight is adjustable so I am not limited on where I can use it due to the length of the cord. It is not quiet but that doesn’t bother me because it is a rolling mechanism going through different links. Speaking of links it has links galore to adjust as my body may fluctuate!! I am very pleased with this purchase so far!!

My kids and I have had so much fun learning to use this hoop. It takes some practice figuring out the motion to keep it spinning, but stick with it! I've had it a few weeks and already gone down 2 links. I find it's easiest to get it started by keeping your stance wider than your shoulders, 1 foot slightly out in front of the other and rock in the same motion you would do if you were getting ready to jump into a swinging jump rope - the kind that two people are swinging waiting for a jumper to jump into...you know how you lean back and forth getting used to the rhythm of the rope movement, ready to jump in? That's sort of the motion you need to get this hoop going. I started by doing it 2 minutes, then 5, then 10 and now I'm up to 15 minutes. Keep at it! It's easy to do once you figure it out! Have fun!!

I love this thing. Such a unique way to workout. I have used it every day for 8 days and haven’t had a problem so far. Buying a backup just in case - totally worth the money!

Bought this hoping to have a funner way to get my cardio done and it was well worth it. Easy to put together and after watching a YouTube video it was easy to use. It is loud, but I put a little 3 in 1 oil on the track wheels to make it spin easier and it worked like a charm. Would recomend
